Our priority remains ensuring both you and your pet remain healthy, so your appointment will be a little different from normal, as we continue to observe social distancing and carry out additional health and safety precautions to look after everyone.

• Please ensure you wear a face covering at all times on our premises and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
• A screen has been positioned at our reception desk, and our team will be wearing masks.
• To ensure we can maintain that important 2-metre distance, we are only allowing three clients into the reception area at any time.
• Only 1 person to attend with a pet for an appointment.
• Our preferred payment option is by credit card in person or over the phone.
• We may on occasion be operating a closed-door policy but our team will provide clear instruction on what to do with your pet when you arrive if this is the case.
• If you are self-isolating or experiencing any symptoms please DO NOT visit the practice and reschedule or book an alternative video or telephone consultation.
